Its about providing clarity and hope.The Dermatology Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the specialized testing market. Dermatology Account Executive has call point ownership of large dermatology specialty physician practices and specialty clinics. The specialist teams work in close cooperation with physician and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model.This is a field-based sales position covering statewide ND, SD, NE, OK, and KS.Responsibilities:Drive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and consistent follow-upTarget and secure new dermatology businessProvide overall support and expertise to new & existing accountsIncrease discretionary business through insurance accessProvide immediate support for less complex issuesLeverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists; MarketingDepartment, Laboratory resources, and regional or national resources as needed)Maintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity productsPrepare and present proposals and bidsEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulationsComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptlyMaintain knowledge of dermatology and melanoma market and Quest offeringsWork collaboratively with the DermPath labs to communicate customer and market trends/needsBuild relationships with the DermPath pathologists for customer engagement and communicationProvide MIPS solutions to customersDrive growth through robust pipeliningSolution development for TC PC work in dermatology settingWork collaboratively with the oncology account executive teamRecord all sales activities in SFDC

Qualifications:Required Work Experience:Strong medical/scientific background and contemporary understanding of both genetics and molecular diagnostics testingFive years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, or diagnostic sales.Dermatology Health sales or marketing experience highly preferred.Knowledge:Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.Skills:Strong planning & organizational skillsExcellent oral & written communication & presentation skillsSolid PC skills including Microsoft SoftwareEducation:Bachelors Degree (Required)
