At Versiti, we are passionate about improving the lives of patients and helping our healthcare partners thrive.Position Summary:Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition works closely with HR Business Partners and management to ensure workforce alignment with business need. Builds and maintains excellent relationships with both hiring managers and candidates (internal and external). Develops and establishes an effective attraction and recruitment strategy, plan and marketing campaign for internal clients to meet the business placement objectives by sourcing, assessing and negotiating offers.Responsibilities:Create and develop strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process.Develop multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process.Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resourcesTrain other recruitment team members on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sitesLead and present talent acquisition topics to various functional groups.Consults with HR Business Partners and management to create appropriate recruitment planning models and to ensure ongoing alignment with workforce needs while filling open positions based on employment requisitions; to ensure that staffing requirements are maintained within budget guidelines and according to federal and state regulations, and HR policies/Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) guidelines; and to ensure that the best applicant match for the position is hired.Responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring an adequate and diverse applicant pool of qualified applicants through advertising, career fairs, community event, tours, in compliance with applicable employment laws.Coordinates the preparation and review of the Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) which includes collaboration and leading discussions with other departments.Coordinates the selection, validation, and implementation of appropriate testing. Ensures checklists and/or tests are conducted consistently and appropriately with all applicants for the specified positions, and that the results are interpreted in accordance with AAP guidelines.Coordinates and directs the offer of employment based on policies. Ensures policies related to the employment offer are followed and documentation is complete, including reference checks, internally equitable and externally competitive compensation, drug screening, and criminal background checks.Coordinates recruitment process of visa sponsored employees ensuring necessary documentation is received and filed appropriately.Responsible for the HR hiring metrics reporting; analyzings data/trends in partnership with HR Business Partner to develop solutions.Shares in design of recruitment systems and programs; reviews/keeps current employment policies and procedures.Maintains recruitment module for talent management system and participates in implementation of new modules.Delivers service aligned with department guiding principles.Supports mission, vision, and values as well as departmental goals and objectives.Responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of information and records at all times.Maintains required records, reports, and files pertaining to areas of responsibility.Displays commitment to continuous learning, including own professional development as well as sharing information and learning with other team members.Participates in the formulation of the budget, HR policies and procedures, measurement tools and long-range planning as part of the HR team.Provides support in developing, presenting, and coordinating training and education programs to build management and staff skills.Participates in and may lead sub teams to establish and achieve process improvement goals.Serves as a resource to HR staff for complex employment questions.Meets regularly with HR Business Partners to ensure ongoing alignment with workforce needs of organization.Collaborates with HR Team in process improvement initiatives.Maintains ongoing focus on teamwork and communication to improve processes that ensure efficiency and cost effective HR services.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:EducationBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, business, or related field requiredExperience5 years of experience in a full life-cycle recruiting role. required5 years of candidate sourcing experience. required5 years of progressive human resource experience in a high volume, fast-paced recruitment environment which includes using behavioral interviewing techniques and demonstrated partnership with business leaders and employees to support the execution of organizational goals and objectives requiredSceintific recruiting experience preferredExperience in workforce segmentation, employment branding, and metrics requiredPrevious experience developing strategic recruitment plans for various service lines requiredHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) requiredExperience with integrated Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and talent/recruitment management systems preferredExperience in coordinating Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) preferredPrevious experience in a health care work environment preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, as well as an understanding of compensation practices involved in recruitment requiredProven ability to be strategic in sourcing and recruiting activities, including ability to analyze market and demographic data and put together a comprehensive sourcing strategy requiredCoach and advise the hiring team on the best hiring practices. requiredTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to recruiting processes and methodologies requiredDemonstrated experience developing and executing complex recruitment plans. requiredDemonstrated understanding and ability to execute processes associated with recruitment requiredExcellent project management and business literacy skills requiredStrong sense of urgency, results and action-oriented requiredAnalytical and problem solving skills requiredAbility to communicate with confidence including excellent negotiation and presentation skills requiredTrack record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing excellent customer service requiredAbility to work independently and with all levels of management and staff in support of strategic plan execution requiredAbility to work effectively within a matrix environment requiredLicenses and CertificationsProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred#LI-HT1#LI-Hybrid
