Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to design and drive successful recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business. This is an important role for the organization, as it will be the first point of contact for external and internal talent.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the businessPartner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisionsProvide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talentConduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talentUnderstand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvementsSupport workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the organizationProvide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selectionStrong customer service-oriented professional that has experience managing high-volume (Frontline and Non-Exempt), Field exempt (Supervisor) and corporate roles as well as talent pipeline developmentMay also support with early talent/on-campus TA strategyOther projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:Bachelors Degree in related field with 0 - 1 years related experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experienceExperience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruitingExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systemsAbility to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organizationPrevious knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiativesExcellent communication and writing skillsAbility to multi-task between many different projectsStrong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationshipsStrong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutionsExcellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentTravel requirement: 15%This position must pass a post-offer background and drug testPreferred Skills and Experience:Masters in related fieldPHR or SHRM CertificationExperience in a fast-paced and growing multi-unit organizationExperience in a corporate recruitment environmentExperience working with temporary employee agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selectionPhysical Demands and Work Environment :
