If you are seeking a dynamic role with a variety of work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Job SummaryAs a Sales Account Manager in the aftermarket sector, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, focusing on selling and promoting aftermarket products and services. Your primary duties include identifying new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The role demands a strong understanding of the aftermarket industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic account management.General Duties, and ResponsibilitiesPerform Account Management functions as a key part of the Sales TeamManage or contribute to selected customers in relationship, account management, and/or sales functions.Maintain consistent communication with corporate and dealer customers on product development, project management, and sales strategies.Develop and implement training programs for dealer and/or end-user delivery.Manage selected vendors from a product and sales perspective.Support trade shows and customer events.Bring new opportunities to contribute to account growthLeverage key customer or vendor relationships.Use knowledge of products or projects that contribute to portfolio growth.Have primary responsibility for all promotional, design, and customer communicationIdentify key products and develop materials to grow awareness and sales through specific channels.Support training or promotional materials to corporate customers and dealers.Implement required compliance documentation on all design materials.Develop video materials for appropriate content/products for use by our dealer network.Exhaust customer-specific marketing funds through internal project development.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or at least 8 years of sales experience.At least 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably promoting aftermarket products and services.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Competencies/SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on ExcelWillingness to grow and adapt as the needs of the business grow.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to problem solve.Ability to work independently and team-orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside the TIG/Exodus Organizations.Self-motivated, self-directed, and hardworking.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
