The Building People are seeking a qualified

TRIRIGA Application Developer

to:

Provide configuration and custom development supportBe the key resource in developing integration Web Services code that allows interface with external systemsLead projects in the software development lifecycle, including performance analysis, design, development, and testingShare best practices within and across development team membersEngage in and lead in application performance tuningEngage in application architecture and design decisionsDiscuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officialsAnalyze the needs of the organization and provide senior level guidance on the overall technical design and developmentCommunicate technical solutions to customers to ensure understandingLead demonstration of technical solutions and relay feedback to development team

Minimum Requirements:At least five (5) years of software development experience.At least three (3) years of experience with TRIRIGA.Completion of the IBM Certified Application Development - TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 certification process within the past three (3) years.Experience in the configuration and installation of interfaces between TRIRIGA and a COTS application.Actual performance experience on 1 or 2 similar efforts within the last three (3) years or still in progress expertise in supporting real property application systems. This support would include experience supporting real property asset processes.Skilled in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management.Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.

Education:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Additional Requirements:TOP SECRET Clearance.Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.Organized with the ability to multitask.High attention to detail.Clear communication skills.Ability to operate independently.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.US Citizenship.Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes.Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
