The Building People are seeking a qualified

Business System Analyst

to:

Provide direct consulting services in assisting with the implementation of functional solutions related to any of the following: Newforma, BUILDER, ProxSafe, Project Connect, BlueBeam, Primavera.Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish functional requirements, troubleshoot issues, provide suggestions and ideas to improve the solution.Document, develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, use cases, feature files, and flowcharts for developers to follow.Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements to communicate with internal and external clients.Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases in support of the overall quality assurance process.Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents, and training videos.Deliver online training as needed, develop client presentations, lead implementations.Minimum Requirements:At least three (3) years of experience with any of the following: Newforma, BUILDER, ProxSafe, Project Connect, BlueBeam, Primavera.Actual performance experience on 1 or 2 similar efforts within the last three (3) years or still in progress expertise in supporting real property application systems. This support would include experience supporting real property asset processes.Skilled in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management.Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.Education:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.Additional Requirements:TOP SECRET Clearance.Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.Organized with the ability to multitask.High attention to detail.Clear communication skills.Ability to operate independently.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.US Citizenship.Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes.
