Surgery Center Director of Nursing , this individual will provide leadership to 4 Operating Rooms, pre-op, PACU, and all clinical personnel consisting of nurses, techs, and materials management. Responsibilities include managing 20+ Full Time RNs, additional per diem staff, 5 techs, 2 materials personnel, and 2 charge nurses. The Director of Nursing will be expected to run the center efficiently and safely, establish goals, identify areas for improvement, uphold patient safety standards, and occasionally scrub and circulate.A qualified candidate will possess a California Registered Nursing license, management experience in the ASC setting, and knowledge in perioperative services and/or pre-op/PACU services.
