Specializing in orthopedic surgery, pain management, general surgery, podiatry, and hand surgery, the center is equipped with a limited number of operating rooms, pre-op, and post-op bays. Despite its size, the facility’s tight-knit, dedicated team of medical professionals takes great pride in the exceptional care they provide.The Surgery Center Nurse Director will oversee the entire facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and managing all staff. Key responsibilities include:Budgetary planningOrdering equipment and suppliesStaff educationProviding excellent hands-on leadershipThe Nurse Director will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer to maintain high standards of patient care across all departments, including admitting, pre-op, the operating room, PACU, and post-op areas.Acting as a liaison between medical staff and patient families, the Nurse Director ASC will focus on maximizing patient and family satisfaction. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with surgery center policies and procedures, continuously monitor quality and patient safety, and step in to provide patient care as needed.
