Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIESAssist PM and Deputy PM in managing day to day activities of the O&M team and interface with CSfC stakeholders and customers.Monitor daily team operations, track task progress to ensure milestones are met and completed on time, and train team members on internal processes.Coordinate with the NSA CSFC PMO on all CSFC related documents and statuses.Effectively communicate with all stakeholders.Coordinate and help manage all CSfC and National Cross Domain Strategy Management Office tasks.Prepare, administer, and track all project/contract deliverables.Prioritize to meet deadlines and business objectives.Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization.Produce sustainable goals for the organization.Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses.Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.Ability to understand technical information and convert that information for non-technical audiences.All other tasks as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSTop Secret Clearance level.5+ or more years of experience in Program Management.PMI Certification Desired.MA/MS= 10 years; BS=12 years.IAM-I Certification.Must be cooperative, courteous, and tactful in dealing with all personnel.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate meetings, manage meeting minutes, and communicate with stakeholders succinctly and timely.OverviewWe are seeking a Site Lead to join our team supporting Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) in Honolulu, HI.As Site Lead, you will assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to oversee the NETCOM CSfC program in Hawaii. NETCOM currently has the CSfC capability in USARPAC to meet increased SIPRNet access demand from the Army. To ensure continuity of service and to continue to provide remote SIPRNet access, the Army requires contractor support to O&M both capabilities.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
