They work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room. A Surgical Tech must have a strong understanding of sterile techniques and be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Personal attributes such as good judgment, dependability and initiative are necessary.Preferred experience:* Committee and leadership experience preferred.* One (1) year of experience working and leading teams preferred.* Basic Life Support (BLS)Brigham and Women's Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
