ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain existing accounts through personal visits and follow-up.Achieve annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts.Present new ideas and products from primary vendors to secure account penetration and loyalty.Communicate with customers to apprise them of mutual performance, new products, programs and market trends.Lead sales team to ensure optimum service to accounts and meet or exceed accounts receivable currency targets.Attend Sales Meetings, Training Sessions, Food Shows, and Conferences as needed.Set-up and support rollout of new accounts as assigned.SUPERVISION: NoneRELATIONSHIPS: Internal - Customer Service Representatives, VP of National Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Operations. External - Customers, Vendors.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred. A minimum of three years of sales experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving ability, and negotiation skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
