Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of IT services, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing service performance, and implementing best practices in IT service management (ITSM).Qualifications:Education and Training:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related field preferred. Hands on experience with ServiceNow, Remedy or another ITSM Tool. ITIL Certification preferred.Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in IT service management, including service delivery, incident management, change management and problem management.
