**Job Description:**
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.- Implement and monitor patient care plans effectively.- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.- Note and execute physician and nursing orders accurately.- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.- Capable of working in a stressful environment.- Follow Standard Precautions, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
