Job Summary

Job Description

This role will work with Executive Sales Management to develop a robust strategy to protect, grow, and target new business in alignment with the OneMedline Acute Care Sales Team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Specialty Sales, this role will have responsibility for the Clinical sales teams and clinicians in the specialties of Respiratory, Vascular, Urology, and Skin Health. The VP, Clinical will provide extensive knowledge and expertise to develop robust Clinical Solutions to our customers

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating innovative programs to our customers, which allows us to be differentiated in clinical call points.
  • Managing day-to-day performance of all sales and clinical team members
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories as well as projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Tracking sales team metrics, monitoring sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Collaborating with field sales leadership to maintain national sales team results by coaching and motivating employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Participating in overall product strategy, clinical research initiatives, and conceptual program development
  • Identifying/monitoring market trends that affect sales, service, and product development

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

Relevant Work Experience

  • 10+ years sales experience and/or five+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales management including overachievement of goals

Additional

  • Position requires travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
