QUALITY CONTROL/INSPECTION:
Job Duties – Long Term Contract- Winslow ME Inspect parts for visual cosmetic defects
- Need to be able to lift at least 50lbs and work standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Assembling, installing and mounting electrical components and wire harnesses in a neat and professional manner.
? Record information from inspection including serial and part numbers.
? Examine materials and parts from the supplier to ensure compliance with specifications.
? Inspect panels wiring landings and wire labels during the manufacturing process.
? Take Control Enclosure manufacturing as-built photos.
? Support the manufacturing department on quality-related process improvement projects.
? Review nonconforming product report anreportsosition of nonconforming materials.
? Confer with the Quality Manager to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.
? Investigate manufacturing process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and to make recommendations.
? Identify manufacturing-related quality issues, improve quality, implement quality improvement projects, and participate in quality activities
