We are currently seeking an Interior Designer to join our team in our Baltimore, MD office. This position will lead interior fit out design projects in the DoD, Government, Institutional, and Education markets. Will be responsible for direct client service, A/E team progress, design quality, mentorship, and leadership through all project phases including construction. This position requires experience, care and the desire to deliver quality projects and responsive service to build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design5-10 years of Interior Design experienceNCDIQ CertificationLicensed Interior Designer, licensure in process is acceptable (Maryland license preferred)LEED Accredited ProfessionalMust have organization and drive to work as interior design lead on multi-disciplinary teams and maintain client relationshipsMust have strong programming, space planning, space making, FF&E and interior finish selection and specification backgroundStrong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and thorough in their desire to provide exceptional client serviceUS Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:
DoD security clearance. Current clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.Proficient in AutoCAD and RevitProficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience in construction documentation and specificationBenefits:
