JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coach less experienced team members for optimal quality, data integrity, consistency, and performance.
  2. Mentor professional growth by collaborating with Team Lead, quality assurance results and data quality reporting to identify individual training needs concerning performance, productivity, and quality to ensure training goals are met.
  3. Manage high priority and escalated internal or external/client campaign data integrity issues.
  4. Mentor new team members as requested by the Team Lead. Monitor new hire accuracy and update the Team Lead on progress.
  5. Identify ways to improve current processes and work with Team Lead to implement new procedures.
  6. Keep Team Lead aware of pertinent issues and information warranting their knowledge, action, or resolution.
  7. Initiate outbound calls to primarily contracted network providers, navigating intricate complexities to uphold the integrity of their demographic records and network standings.
  8. Perform and coach Data Integrity Advocates on a diverse array of up to twenty distinct campaign types monthly, each presenting unique data challenges and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Perform and coach Data Integrity Advocates on call scenarios with multiple providers and locations within a single call, meticulously processing 20-40 data points per provider and location with precision, utilizing outbound dialer systems or comprehensive Excel spreadsheets.
  10. Perform and coach the use of multiple extensive research tools in a single outbound call, to validate provider information when direct contact is unattainable.
  11. Document interactions and results with clarity and detail, ensuring comprehensive notes and accurate data updates are captured.
  12. Excel in a metric-driven environment, meeting rigorous standards for attendance, quality assurance, productivity, adherence, and data integrity.
  13. Adapt seamlessly to various duties and campaign types in a workday, leveraging a robust wiki knowledge base and subject matter experts to navigate each encounter effectively.
  14. Ensure the accuracy of information updates across all company applications, prioritizing precision in data management.
  15. Foster collaboration across departments and disciplines, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
  16. Serve as a liaison to other departments to provide inquiry resolution and identify center operational issues.
  17. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  18. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  19. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.
  20. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data – this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

JOB SCOPE

This job works under general supervision to complete job responsibilities. The incumbent relies on previous experience and judgment to support department management in completing daily operational tasks. Complex and sensitive work is assigned and completed with some autonomy. Work may involve complex reporting assignments, sensitive client projects, escalated tasks, and the need to identify problems or relevant issues. The incumbent will use moderate discretion to assess variance from established policies and procedures. This job does not directly supervise other personnel but may provide coaching, mentoring, direction and be a resource to less experienced team members.
