- Assist in design changes, creating drawings, and performing calculations.
- Spend 40% of your time on the shop floor, providing plant support on quality issues, manufacturing questions, and clarifications on drawings.
- Be hands-on in a machining environment, addressing practical engineering challenges.
- Work primarily with carbon steel, with occasional projects involving aluminum.
Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a machining environment or designing machined components, mechanical components like valves, filters, bearings, or motor components.
- Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a significant plus.
- Avoiding experience primarily in injection molding or plastic-related fields, as this differs significantly from our work.
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to gain comprehensive engineering experience, from design to hands-on shop floor support.
- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment that values continuous learning and growth.
- Be part of a company that machines everything in-house, providing unique hands-on experience with the entire production process.
If you are a motivated and versatile individual with a strong mechanical engineering background and a desire to dive into all facets of engineering, we encourage you to apply. Join us and become a key player in our engineering team!
