Administrative Assistant I

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

The administrative assistant will manage the Global Innovation Center reception area of the Retail Lab, welcoming consumers and guests, directing them to their proper location, letting team members know when guests are here, & answering high level Golf Pride questions. Additionally, they must foster an environment which promotes Golf Pride's culture and goals.

They will also be responsible for tactical, but important items that impact our guest and employee experience like:

  • Ownership of social hub, primary employee common area including grocery replenishment and upkeep of appearance
  • Manages office supply orders and ensures proper supplies are ordered as needed
  • Support in executing GIC events and GIC visitors
Basic Qualifications:

Moderate knowledge of golf

1 year admin experience

High School Education

Ability work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of work experience within consumer products industry Understanding of swing mechanics, club fitting and product knowledge paired with golf skills, knowledge and terminology

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

High energy for interacting with consumers in multiple scenarios

Association with the PGA
