Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit detailed sales quotations, including thermal design, costing, terms and conditions, and specification reviews.
  • Customer Engagement: Research and understand customer needs to develop competitive and applicable solutions, negotiating to secure orders that align with company profitability.
  • CRM Management: Document all sales activities related to assigned proposals within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Process Compliance: Adhere to the requirements of the Tender Review and Approval Process and attend design verification meetings to facilitate successful project transitions.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government regulations, and the capabilities of our shop to provide informed sales solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Engineering or a related field from an accredited four-year college. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to develop competitive sales quotations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, customers, vendors, and executive management.
  • Professional Traits: Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
  • Availability: Must be able to work on-site, arrive punctually, and maintain regular attendance.
