Daily Snapshot:

  • Field Activity Management: Oversee warranty repairs, new field equipment installations, and piping projects.
  • Project Coordination: Schedule and staff projects, coordinate with project managers on scheduling and scope requirements, approve and submit worked hours for payroll, and submit invoices to accounting for fieldwork, distinguishing between billable and warranty items.
  • Procedural Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental operating procedures and specific job task procedures.
  • Quality and Improvement: Ensure quality and continuous improvement within the scope of the job.
  • Warranty Issue Management: Collaborate with project managers and service technicians to schedule and address any warranty issues.
  • Start-up Planning: Assist in start-up planning activities, ensuring effective coordination among all relevant staff members.

Ideal Skillset:

  • Welding Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME code and welding processes (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW) is a plus.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Training: Willingness to attend assigned training courses.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude.
Qualifications:
  • Location: MUST reside in Oklahoma. This role is 100% on-site or in the field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in field service installation-related roles.
  • Management and Customer Service: Strong background in managing field service operations and customer service.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
