Director of Information Technology
Prospective Salary range: $110,000-$140,000 annually.

You'll oversee application maintenance, vendor relationships, and resource management, including the IT Manager, help desk, and project staff. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical insights and resource management to support our client’s corporate process improvement initiatives. You'll help tailor their core system applications to meet user and departmental needs.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technology trends and be a proactive technology leader. You’ll communicate the benefits of new tech implementations to senior management and ensure our systems are cutting-edge.
• Ensure that applications and technology systems are always up-to-date and running smoothly.
• Develop and implement long-term technical strategies, policies, and procedures that align with corporate objectives. Your vision will guide our client’s technological growth.
• Handle IT budgets with precision. You'll manage annual and project expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to keep budgets on track financially.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience managing a full-service IT department.
• Experience in developing and maintaining budgets, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
• Solid knowledge of current security protocols, network design, implementation, administration, and maintenance. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our network is secure and efficient.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. You should be comfortable guiding a team and managing complex projects.
