Program Associate - $30/hr-$39/hr - Arlington, VA

Our client, a widely known association in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a temporary Program Associate to support their teams through December!

About the Job:

• Manage phone and email communications, liaising with members, vendors, and colleagues.
• Ensure tools for documentation and submittal tracking are up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage and update working groups, database, and email lists.
• Assist with internal and external meeting logistics, preparation, and coordination.
• Manage SharePoint document libraries.
• Coordinate responses to ad-hoc requests and assist with other duties as assigned.

About You:

• 3+ years of complex project support experience.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Products and DocuSign.
• Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

About the Position:

• $30/hr-$39/hr, depending on experience.
• Starting ASAP and lasting through December.
• 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
• Metro accessible.
