Part-Time Gifts Coordinator - $20/hr-$22/hr - Arlington, VA

Our client, a national association, is looking for a temporary part-time Donations Coordinator to join their team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of relevant experience. Are you interested? Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming ticket requests and correspond with members to resolve or assist with requests.
• Input data on donations and maintain reports on candidate contributions.
• Compile monthly reports on donations to by stake-holder groups.
• Build out annual incentives for advocacy groupings.
• Assist with outreach to affiliates to increase contact points.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience using MS Office and Salesforce is required.
• Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Position Information:

• Pays $20/hr-$22/hr
• Temporary for 4 months.
• Part-time for 20-25 hours/week.
• Starting ASAP!
• Hybrid 2 days/week on-site in Arlington, VA.
