Position OverviewQinetiQ is seeking an administrative support personnel (Staff Officer) to support a DoD client. The highly motivated candidate will be providing leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively manage and execute multiple administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative duties and tasks including but not limited to:
Managing and coordinating calendars for senior level executives GS-15/O5 Equivalents
Facilitating building passes
Verifying clearances
Setting up Virtual Teleconferences
Taking meeting notes and tracking action items
Preparing files
Review, edit and develop briefing materials for monthly team meetings, quarterly meetings with Director and Deputy Director
Develop and track program financials, develop budgets and submit funding request documents, tracking MIPRs from creation, obligation through expenditures
Review and track incoming and outgoing Taskers in coordination with government PM and SETA team
Any additional ad-hoc administrative items required by the Program Team (i.e. ordering coins, printing business cards, etc.)
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, human resources or other administrative related subjects
Active/Current TS/SCI; #QINETIQCLEAREDJOB
15 years directly related experience required
Candidate must be proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
DoD Acquisition system and financial planning and execution
CATMS experience preferred but not required
Experience with DoD Financial reporting requirements preferred but not required
