QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Level multi-disciplined Security Specialist to support our client at the under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD(I&S)). The highly motivated candidate will be providing routine security support functions across the USD I&S enterprise. Duties include:Responsibilities

Identify and mitigate security incidents and develop response measuresPerform as the program security officer for special program support in a SCIF environmentCoordinate with the OUSD(I&S) Special Access Program Central Office, Special Security Office, Joint Staff, and Military Services security offices for guidance, direction, and resolution of security related issues and requirementsCoordinate personnel clearance verifications and visitor requests and provide required security briefingsInitiate PARS and provide access briefingsFacilitate Alternate Compensatory Control Measure accessUpdate and maintain classified access management systems of recordCoordinate equipment, communications and IT requirements in the SCIFAssist in the development and execution of policies and procedures regarding special access programs and SCI data; Identify and report vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training and operations activities; Manage action items in CATMS and JSAP.Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 Years of experienceBachelor's DegreePrevious experience with JPAS, Scattered Castles and CATMS and JSAPTop Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility requiredMust have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.Preferred Qualifications

OSD, Pentagon or Service Headquarter staff experienceMilitary experience a plusCompany EEO Statement
