Executive Assistant

Guardian Dentistry Partners, Miami, Florida, us, 33222

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing dental partnership network (“DPN”)!

Guardian Dentistry Partners’ (GDP) mission is to support our doctor partners and teams in building the practices of our collective dreams. Guardian brings together passionate, purpose-driven dental partners that are unified in creating timeless practices that positively impact the lives we serve for generations to come.

We are primarily funded by a family office and successful dental entrepreneurs. We also have credit relationships with TwinBrook and Morgan Stanley. As a founder-led organization and as a result of our capital partners, we are able to enjoy a unique balance between institutional quality and an agile, non-bureaucratic, de-corporatized working environment. GDP has also built a world-class culture and operating model that strikes the delicate balance between a “decentralized” vs “centralized” model. We have blended support and shared services with the autonomy evoked by a partnership model – as a result, we have redefined what support and partnership looks like in the dental industry and have created a new category – a dental partnership network.

Our empowered doctor partners, who are truly business partners in every sense of the definition, are who make us unique – they are leaders in their respective practices and markets, and we are privileged to have them join us on this journey together. Our partners put their heart into their business (which is why we wanted to partner with them in the first place) and there is a real sense of passion for dentistry, love of the art and science of it, and uncompromising transparency and ethics in everything they do. GDP embraces each practice’s unique culture while also providing best-in-class services and operating standards in order to achieve consistent and predictable same-store growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical autonomy are preserved.Executive Assistant:The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Executives, including managing schedules, communications, and organizational tasks.
