*Description:*As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for closing Web Cases on the Dealer Experience team. These Web Cases will be orders that need to be entered in via Salesforce system, you will also follow up and keep in close communication with the customer through the lifecycle of the order.Job Functions / Responsibilities:- Advise Dealers concerning order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies.- Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on Dealer needs.- Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling while providing a high level of service.- High volume of customer interaction through MS Outlook, updating on orders.- Special Projects as needed.*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*- Customer service experience requiring the ability to resolve complex issues without a script/step-by-step instructions.- Demonstrated critical thinking ability- Demonstrated problem solving ability- Strong computer literacy and experience navigating multiple applications to perform job duties- Excellent written/e-mail communicationPreferred, but not required:- Salesforce experience- Bachelor's Degree*Work Environment:*On-site in office with Dealer's Experience team (about 17 total members) plus direct manager. Monday-Friday 8 hour days. Can start between 7:00AM-8:30AM depending on what works best for the candidate. During training, start time will be between 7:30AM-8:00AM.DRESS CODE:Dress code is business professional. Examples of appropriate clothing include everything from suits, business dresses, and blazers to slacks, skirts, khakis, sweaters, blouses and collared shirts including polo shirts. No jeans. Tight or revealing clothing and athletic or gym gear including stretch leggings are considered inappropriate. Casual sandals, flip flops, and athletic shows are not acceptable footwear.
