8 am to 5 pm (some flexibility required) | Monday- Friday

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a growing team to execute innovative, low-cost marketing initiatives that engage our target audience and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives including event sponsorships, influencer partnerships, social media challenges, and local community pop-ups.
Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, street team activities at local parks, and collaborative fundraising efforts with schools.
Influencer & Social Media Marketing:
Work with influencers to create social media takeovers and develop content.
Build relationships with local and micro-influencers to expand the brand.
Content Development
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related roles, preferably in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) or lifestyle brand space.
Strong social media management experience, with a focus on running UGC-driven campaigns.
Experience working with influencers and managing community partnerships.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
