This role provides strategic leadership to drive our product launch and content marketing initiatives. You will manage various projects extending over multiple channels and media. Provide leadership and development to the marketing team supporting our various brands and products and assets.Advance in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and new product development opportunities.Inspire development and ownership of multiple, comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall company mission.Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and present creative ideas and updates to stakeholders and clients.Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and marketing teams to define and launch timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Create compelling product marketing collateral including sales enablement tools, presentations, and digitally enabled content.Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product launches, track performance against goals, and iterate strategies as necessary.What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.At least 7 years of relevant experience is required; 10 years of experience is preferred.At least 5 years of experience leading teams is preferred.Proven experience in successful KPI-driven product marketing in the furniture industry or B2B sectors is a plus.HNI Corporation (NYSE: HNI) is a manufacturer of workplace furnishings and building products, operating under two segments.
