Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Branch Administrative Coordinator for a construction client in Savannah, GA. The Branch Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch office and supporting overall branch activities. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Set up contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Handle job closeouts, ensuring all tasks are finalized and documented appropriately
  • Process payroll for the branch
  • Conduct orientation for new hires, including processing paperwork, coordinating training, and providing necessary resources and information
  • Manage office equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
