Under guidance and supervision, the SCO Associate Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of projects through cross-functional teams while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Core job responsibilities:

• Manage projects and provide internal update reports for management. Identify project timelines and milestones, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Serve as point of contact with internal and external customers and work with various departments on project requirements, status updates, testing and validation, and final approval for implementation.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.

• Establish and maintain constructive working relationships and keep stakeholders informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders.

• Work with the project management team to provide process improvement recommendations to ensure proper training of new employees on processes.

• Travel to onsite projects, program implementation, and/or account go-live.

Qualifications:

• Pursing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related program

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

• Related experience leading and working on teams or projects

• Travel requirements of up to 50%

• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
