The Role:

As an Account Director, you will be a strategic, insightful, and dynamic leader, working closely with our team to ensure all client needs are met with the highest standards. You will oversee key accounts and projects, guiding them from inception to completion with a clear and measurable strategy, while maintaining alignment with timelines and scope. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with your passion for achieving results, will contribute to delivering exceptional work across a variety of services.

As the primary support for our clients, you will manage their projects and deliverables, nurture relationships, and ensure an outstanding client experience by consistently meeting their expectations and objectives. A dedicated team player, you value the importance of building strong client relationships and are committed to excellence.

Reporting to the VP Accounts and Marketing, key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Leading the execution of complex strategic projects and campaigns aligned to client objectives and agency standards and managing the project plan.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentoring and developing the account team through collaboration and training opportunities.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and agency strategies.
  • Participating in business development efforts, including developing client proposals and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Provide an amazing client experience by being a relationship builder, keeping timelines & budget at the forefront and always be working to achieve client goals
  • Provide administrative and project management support to our marketing, creative, and web teams
  • Daily coordination of projects to maintain an efficient workflow
  • Managing and scheduling, preparation and facilitation of meetings, organizing brainstorm ideas, completing research, and being the go-to keeper of information
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the operations team to communicate goals, expectations, and client requests
  • Act as a liaison between the client and KEEN's finance team to set up billing information and provide regular updates for invoicing purposes
  • Send regular project updates to clients with regards to scope, timelines, and budget
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals, collect their feedback and help update project details
  • Management and tracking of brand and marketing assets & inventory
  • Coordinate project timelines and resources based on the scope and team capacity and project milestones


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or in account management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and best practices
