Immediate opportunity for an experienced Administrative professional with a minimum of 1-2 yrs experience. This top fitness/health-related company is actively interviewing and ready to hire. REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 yrs minimum of professional admin exp
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department/team; support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Pick, pack, and ship orders
- Administrative duties: cloud filing, Word and Excel or similar Google, Apple suite documents, copying, binding, scanning
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking travel-related reservations
- Exhibit polite and professional communication
- Schedules virtual or phone meetings and conferences
