Pay Scale
Salary Range: $35,500 to $200,000 +
Depending on job performance, the Commercial Account Manager compensation range is expected to be $150,000 - $200,000 + annually.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure world class experience to all customers
- Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory, especially commercial vehicles
- Learn and utilize our state-of-the-art client relationship tools
- Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department expectations
- Service and maintain existing accounts
- Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Inside Sales and Outside Sales Experience are a huge plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!
- Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience
- Self-Motivation is a key
- Ability to multi-task
- Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
- Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- Pass a criminal background check

Pay Defined: The Commercial Account Manager position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
