Pay Scale
Salary Range: $35,500 to $200,000 +
Depending on job performance, the Commercial Account Manager compensation range is expected to be $150,000 - $200,000 + annually.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Ensure world class experience to all customers* Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory, especially commercial vehicles* Learn and utilize our state-of-the-art client relationship tools* Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department expectations* Service and maintain existing accounts* Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking* Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers
Qualifications and Skills
* Inside Sales and Outside Sales Experience are a huge plus* Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!* Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience* Self-Motivation is a key* Ability to multi-task* Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends* Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record* Pass a criminal background check* Pass a drug test

Pay Defined: The Commercial Account Manager position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
