Who you are

As the Controller, you assume a pivotal role in managing the financial operations and ensuring fiscal accountability within OnMed. Leveraging your expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis, you oversee the accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. You take the lead in developing and implementing robust internal controls, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. Additionally, you play a crucial role in budgeting processes, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making by senior leadership. Your exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial data effectively are invaluable assets to the organization. Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the month end close process including creation and review of supporting schedules and monthly reporting pack.
  • Overseas treasury functions including banking operations and collection efforts
  • Ensures framework of controls and policies is implemented and adhered to.
  • Maintains job costing function (inclusive of both digital and tangible assets) and other financial and administrative systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and cost control.
  • Coordinates efforts of advisors concerning annual GAAP audits and tax compliance.
  • Team Leadership to include development, performance management, development and engagement.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed.
  • Oversees regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.
  • Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Financial Officer at his discretion from time to time.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Solid communication, analytical, and management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Must be able to thrive in a changing environment. The Company is growing and changing at a rapid rate, and business can be unpredictable. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Six + years of progressive finance experience, with at least two years as a Controller/Director of Accounting
  • Experience with a high growth technology company with a recurring revenue model
  • CPA required
