We are a proud member of the Symphony Post Acute Network known for being the Employer and Provider of Choice www.symphonypan.com.This is a full-time transportation driver/maintenance tech position, assisting our residents to appointments in the area.Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:A quality-focused experience for persons being served-maintains regular communication with staff members to ensure continuous coordination of services. Effective communication is a critical component of this role.Operates assignments, equipment and a vehicle in a safe manner.Complete daily inspection of vehicle and equipment.Provides transportation to scheduled residents.Follow all local, state, and federal regulations relating to transportation and developmental disability services.Report all incidents, problems, and/or equipment defects immediately to the designee.Complete maintenance work ordersAsist in day-to-day maintenance of the facilityRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDValid Indiana Driver's License and clean driving recordMust be insurable with company insuranceHospitality industry experience preferredExperience is needed in driving a passenger bus Strong communication skillsNo special endorsement neededCNA License is a PLUSBenefits/Perk:Competitive benefits and paid time off package.Education is extremely important to our culture.
