Our unique business model, combined with our dedication to delivering the highest quality products, enables team members to contribute in a larger capacity than is possible in typical positions.Position Description:The SAP PM Business Analyst (BA) provides business process analysis and SAP configuration expertise to identify problems and realize opportunities for improvement to Applied Medicals business operations. The BA supports Applied Medicals internal customers by maintaining and expanding the functionality of SAP in the Plant Maintenance module.As an SAP PM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities during the designated periods:First 30 60 days

Learn and familiarize yourself with departmental and business processes and relevant software technologiesParticipate in the development and implementation of new solutionsEngage with various internal teams and business functions, particularly the Maintenance and Calibration teamsUnderstand teams needs and identify opportunities to improve or automate processes related to Plant Maintenance

First 60 90 days

Design prototype solutions and mockups to gain consensus on functional requirements

Ongoing

Support and maintain existing SAP enterprise systems, focusing on SAP PMCollaborate with global team members to ensure the successful completion and implementation of tasks and projects within SAPContinuously acquire knowledge and skills in enterprise scale application design, development, and implementation of systems, such as SAP and web applicationsAnalyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Plant Maintenance best practicesProvide subject matter expertise as the functional owner of SAP PMResolve issues and requests accurately and in a timely mannerFacilitate system understanding and assist in the development of training materials related to Plant MaintenanceParticipate in software validation activities to ensure that system and software solutions are designed to user specifications and for intended use

Position Requirements:This position requires the following skills and attributes:At least 5 years working in Information Systems or related fieldMore than 8 years of experience using SAP Plant Maintenance components in a dynamic business environment performing business analysis and process designSkilled in configuration and use of the SAP Plant Maintenance moduleClear understanding of topics in plant maintenance, such as maintenance notifications, task lists, refurbishment, and maintenance reportsAbility to embrace consistent changeSeek to create better systems using novel ideas and exceptional problem-solving dexterityOutstanding interpersonal capabilities, with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong team-based work ethic with a customer-focused, service-oriented mindsetManage requirements and practice effective scope managementPreferred:Proven cross-functional knowledge of the following requirements is preferred:Quality Management (QM)Production and Planning (PP)Logistics (LE)Service Management (SM)Sales and Distribution (SD)
