DUTIES:The ideal candidate will work as the Senior Salesforce Lead/Architect to help optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalabilityProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teamsDesign and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutionsCreate architectural blueprints and technical specificationsLead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completionLead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systemsEnsure seamless data flow and interoperability between systemsDevelop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning ComponentsImplement complex business logic and workflowsReview code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsOversee data migration, data quality, and data governance initiativesImplement data backup and recovery strategiesDesign and develop advanced reports and dashboardsProvide insights and analytics to support business decision-makingStay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releasesProactively suggest and implement system enhancements and process improvementsLiaise with Salesforce vendors and consultants for technical support and enhancementsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentationConduct training sessions for users and development teamsProactively suggest and implement improvements to existing systemsOther related duties as required
