Clinical Director Role at Discovery:
We are seeking a Clinical Director with strong leadership skills to join and lead our rapidly growing North Caroline
team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Wilmington
location.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the guidance of our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion.
Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

In-home and community settings
This is a Full-Time role
Compensation:
$90,000-$105,000
Depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
LBA certification
4+ years of experience in the ABA field
Leadership experience a plus
Administrative experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
