You will:Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive quality management programsEnsure that the highest standards of healthcare delivery and member satisfaction are consistently achievedLead efforts to meet and exceed performance goals for New Century Health PlanCollaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to drive optimal health outcomesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements while promoting equity in care deliverySalary Range: $124,600- $289,400/annuallyQualifications
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced leader with:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in a healthcare related field, highly desired7-10 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Medicare Advantage plan or similar settingIn-depth knowledge of CMS regulations, HEDIS, CAHPS, STAR ratings, and NCQA accreditationFamiliarity with quality improvement methodologies and tools, such as Model for Improvement, PDSA, Six Sigma, etc.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a teamProven leadership skills, with an openness to change and the ability to implement creative programs that support strategic goalsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
