Research and draft motions and briefs for various legal matters.Participate in all aspects of the discovery process.Manage cases and clients effectively.Engage in mediation and arbitration proceedings.Demonstrate proficiency in trial practice.Requirements:
3-6 years of legal experience.Strong interest in law firm defense matters.Prior exposure to claims for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty.Experience in the defense of disqualification motions is preferred.District court or appellate court clerkship is preferred.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:
Excellent research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in legal software and technology.Job Location:
