The ideal candidate will have three to six years’ experience in Employment and Labor Law.
Committed to client service, a quick learner, and possess strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
The candidate must have litigation experience, preferably on the defense side of employment cases, including class action/PAGA cases, managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
We are looking for a long-term addition to our team who has a great work ethic and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in taking depositions, attending hearings, and trial preparation.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Licensed and in good standing with the
California State Bar .
