We are backed by leading Silicon Valley investors - Sequoia, Wing, Accel, and Y Combinator.Your Role:Implementation Planning & Strategy- Develop and execute detailed project plans for HubSpot implementations, including timeline, scope, and resource allocation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.HubSpot Configuration & Customization- Configure HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs according to business needs, including setting up workflows, custom properties, dashboards, and reports.- Customize HubSpot features to enhance functionality and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Data Migration & Integration- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and minimal disruption to business operations.- Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and platforms to streamline processes and enhance data flow.Training & Support- Provide comprehensive training to end-users on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and tools to maximize adoption and efficiency.- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues and optimize HubSpot usage.Performance Monitoring & Optimization- Monitor the performance of HubSpot implementations, analyze data, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Implement enhancements and optimizations based on feedback and performance metrics to continually improve system utilization.What we’re looking for:4-6 years of experience managing end-to-end HubSpot implementationProficiency in ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNote: This would be a 6 month contract based role.
