We are a global company headquartered in Silicon Valley along with offices in India and Mexico.Role Expectations:This is a role that reports to the General Counsel and has broad coverage and ownership of all legal aspects in relation to Drip’s products and business lines across India, the US, and Mexico and includes:Drafting and reviewing various contracts/agreements/MoUs/financing documentsSupporting the research and evaluation of different risk factors regarding business decisions and operationsProvide recovery-related support (court cases, international arbitration, across India, the US, and Mexico)Understanding and carrying out research on licensing & regulatory requirements for current products as well as supporting the launch of new productsProvide support to business and compliance teams on data protection laws and accountability and governance requirementsProvide support for all aspects of M&A activity, including structuring, due diligence, documentation, and closingOur Checklist:LLB
