Pit Stop Lead
to join our fast-growing

team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks, and thoughtful to ensure that the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests.What you’ll focus on:Coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure all properties are fully equipped and ready for guest move-ins.Serve as Blueground’s operational front-line, ensuring new properties meet our standards and handling maintenance, repairs, and technology issues such as furniture assembly and WiFi troubleshooting.Conduct pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using a mobile checklist to ensure each apartment adheres to both business and guest quality standards.Supervise and oversee the housekeeping team to expertly manage the complete apartment turnover process at Blueground properties.Perform housekeeping duties to ensure the apartments are fully prepared in a single visit to welcome our guests.Oversee and ensure the high standards of cleanliness and presentation of apartments.Maintain and drive Blueground’s corporate vans, ensuring they are in pristine condition and well-stocked.Carry out Blueground home walkthroughs to ensure all quality assurance criteria are met.Participate in ad hoc operational projects, such as managing key inventory and organizing local storage.Demonstrate operational efficiency in the field by serving as the main point of contact between our Operations Leaders and the Customer Experience team.What we’re looking for:2-3 years supervisory or managerial experience, leading field or housekeeping teams will be considered a plus.Problem solver, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and "get the job done" culture.Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and manage minor household repairs.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Capability to routinely lift items weighing over 30 lbs. for 8 hours.Enthusiasm for driving operational excellence and efficiency.Confident user of technology (email, slack, G Suite).A positive, driven, and friendly personality, ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment.Additional Requirements:Availability to work weekends and holidays without exceeding 40 hours per week.Valid driver’s license.Competitive salary and quarterly performance bonus ($52,000 - $55,000 per annum).Flexible PTO and competitive health insurance.Join us at Blueground to be a pivotal part of our mission to provide outstanding living experiences!Pay Range: $52,000 - $55,000 USDAt Blueground we are proud to have Diversity and Inclusion at the centre of everything we do.
