Specifically, you will be responsible for:Leading small teams of junior consultants within client engagements by overseeing and conducting primary and secondary research, data collection, and analysis and synthesis.Creating structured analysis and modeling based on new and established frameworks and methodologies, including the ability to customize these to clients’ unique needs.Developing clear and concise client presentations and reports and communicating actionable recommendations to executive clients and their teams.Providing guidance and structure to Metis Strategy team members and stakeholders in complex, dynamic, and often ambiguous contexts.Leading by exemplifying firm culture and policies and by identifying professional development opportunities for fellow team members.Basic QualificationsExperience : 7 to 10+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrated success working collaboratively in a professional services role, ideally in a business strategy and/or management consulting environment.Education : Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the areas of business, finance, technology, or related fields. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation.
