$80,000 - $90,000 total anticipated compensation ($55,000 - $65,000 salary + commissions + store performance bonuses); commissions earned are not capped, and higher annual earnings are possibleMedical, Vision, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, EAP, 401(k) with Match, Employee Purchase ProgramWHO WE NEED

The Person:An entrepreneurial, energetic, and creative Store Manager with strong leadership skills who can develop a team of highly effective and passionate Comfort Consultants.A track record of demonstrated top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport and develop enduring relationshipsSelf-starter that actively seeks, provides, and values feedbackHighly motivated with a desire to be successfulFun, passionate and a quick study with a thirst for knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsEducational and Professional Requirements:

Minimum 2 years store management (manager or assistant manager experience); big ticket sales preferredProficiency with Google Suite or MS Office SuiteExperience with POS/CRM platforms a plusThe Responsibilities:

Consistently dazzle and delight your customersCreate an atmosphere of curiosity and discovery which encourages customers to explore and realize the most comfortable version of themselvesConfidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and serviceHire and train a world-class team of caring and capable Comfort ConsultantsManage scheduling hours and payroll approvalExecute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contactMaintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelinesPassionately and aggressively maximize sales. Meet sales and 4-wall profit expectationsProvide reporting and tracking as requiredFocus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer ExperiencesDemand a high level of performance from the company retail support team. Identify (then productively and clearly communicate) areas of weakness, opportunities to improve results, and anything you see that would help the company build a better, smarter business operation
