RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently dazzle and delight your customersCreate an atmosphere which encourages customers to explore and discover the most comfortable version of themselves and of their daily lifeConfidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and serviceExecute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contactMaintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelinesPassionately and aggressively maximize sales. Meet sales and 4-wall profit expectationsProvide reporting and tracking as requiredFocus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer ExperiencesAssist Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including coaching and training of new staffPerform all opening and closing duties as required by store policy and retail best practicesPAY CLASS & RANGE:

QUALIFICATIONS
Top-notch interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport and develop enduring relationshipsSelf-starter that actively seeks and values feedbackHighly motivated with a desire to be successfulFun, passionate and a quick studyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years retail experienceProficiency with Google Suite or MS Office Suite preferredExperience with POS/CRM platforms preferredWORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS
Retail settingMust be able to individually lift 50 lbs and team lift up to 200 lbsStanding for full shifts
